TMS320F28388D: CLB TILE0 in CLB Tools?

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

Hi Champs,

CLB TILE numbers range from 1 to 8 in RTM. But TILE0 is generated from CLB Tools as the attached figure. 
Would you please clarify what is correct?

    I figured out the TILE number generated from CLB tools is just a name that can be modified by the user. This name affects the function name in the generated file. However, it would be nice if the default name matched RTM.
