Hi Champ,

From the datahsheet , The Tj  are difference between T,S  and Q version.



My customer want to know  why the Tj are different between T ,S and Q version, it is due the IC design or the material ?

    Huihuang,

    The design and material stock are the same between versions, but the manufacturing test environments are different.  Device functionality outside of the version's specified operating conditions is not guaranteed.
