TMS320F280049C: Issues with debug software on LAUNCHXL-F280049C

Part Number: TMS320F280049C
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LAUNCHXL-F280049C,

Question on behalf of customer:

I try to run and debug software on LAUNCHXL-F280049C MCU025A. The CCS version I use is 10.1.1.00004. I set XDS110 jtag type everywhere where I can (project properties and TMS320F280049C.ccxml ).

When I start debugging  - I see the following error popup:

IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.2.1.00046)

The XDS110 firmware version  - xdsdfu Command from linux

<user>~/ti/ccs1011/ccs/ccs_base$ ./common/uscif/xds110/xdsdfu -e
