The block diagram of the link below is similar to my application.

Are there any design boards and user guides associated with this?

    If you click on the block diagram blocks you will see a list of relevant reference designs. Lower in the page you will also see a list of application reports and training.

    Hi, 

    There are many relevant reference designs in the block diagram.

    Is there one design for solar power optimizer?

    TI provide may digital power application design.

    For examples,

    TIDM - 1000 : vienna rectifier

    TIDA - 01606 : T Type bi-directional inverter

    I need one application board composed of each subsystem in block diagram like example.

    Hi,

    You can check out TIDA-010042. Though it is configured as a charge controller, it can be operated as solar optimizer with software changes.
