tms320f2808 control card schematics or 2808 orcad symbol ?

Hi,

In tms320f2808 control card page,

the schematics are given in expresspcb format. This format is useless and I can not convert to other well known formats like orcad or any others. 

Also I can not find the tms320f2808 orcad symbol. 

Can control card schematics published in other format?  Or is there any way to convert the express pcb format to any other format?

I also want to ask, why TI is not published the C2000 orcad symbols library?
