TMS320F28388D: Moisture sensitivity level for C2000 samples

Hi expert,

This is a quality related question from my customer.

They have ordered F28388D samples while the moisture card in the package shows moisture level is inbetween 10% and 60% so they'd like to heat the chips for some time to remove moisture inside the IC package maybe. Do you have any recommendations for this procedure?
