Hi,

I will try EtherCAT communication.

In SPRUIG9 application note, it's mentioned that I need the SSC tool patches for C28x configuration. I can't find anything in ControlSuite, normally located in ControlSuite\development_kits\TMDSECATCNCD379D folders (I've downloaded the latest version in ControlSuite).

Where can I find it ?

Hi,

I found the patch, but I can't install it with the last version of SSC :

Do I need the last version of SSC ?

Other question, if I want to use EMIF to communicate, why ADR[0] isn't connected ?

Hello,

The patch is only required for the SSC tool version 5.11. The C28x support was integrated in SSC version 5.12 so you should not need it.

I believe the connection is due to the word addressability (vs byte) of the C28x.
