Where can I find thermal comparison between new packaged TMS320F2812ZAYA & TMS320F2812ZAYS 

and

original TMS320F2812ZHHA  & TMS320F2812ZHHS

    GMC,

    The "A" temperature grade products are rated from -40 to 85*C.

    The "S" temperature grade products are rated rom -40 to 125*C.

    These parts are guaranteed to meet datasheet specifications across these temperature ranges, but are otherwise functionally equivalent, The various Theta and Psi numbers are the same for all temperature grades.
