I am using CCS 3.3 for debugging and build the project in LF2407A IC. i am stuck in the build the project because of code generation tools are missing for C24XX IC.

can somebody gives me all tools?

i do not want purchase license for CCS 3.3.

why these IC not supported for higher version?

and why TI selling these IC?
