Solar charge controller

Hi,

Good day.

Our customer is looking for a 12V to 26V solar charge controller and they wonder if the C2000 is suitable for their application. If not, we would appreciate if you could suggest a different device. We already checked the battery charger devices and it seems no device can be used for this application. Attached below their block diagram.
