In the F2837xD TRM (SPRUHM8) part 2.7.6.1 "Choosing PLL Settings it's said":
Many combinations of multiplier and divider can produce the same output frequency. However, the
product of the reference clock frequency and the multiplier (known as the VCO frequency) must be in the
range specified in the data manual.
However in Datasheet (SPRS880) there is no mention of VCO frequency. There is a table 8.9.3.2.2.1 "Internal Clock Frequencies". There is a PLLRAWCLK frequency in the table - is it the VCO frequency?
Does it mean that maximum VCO frequency is 400 MHz?
