A customer of mine encountered some problems while debugging the TMDSCNCD28388D EnterCAT function.
He followed the steps of "EtherCAT slave controller software user's Guide" and went to the seventh step of "4.2 setup TwinCAT": when verifying whether the real-time Ethernet adapter is installed, he could not find the real-time Ethernet adapter in "installed and ready to use devices (real time capable)", and there are no devices to choose from in "compatible devices".
Would like to ask what went wrong?
