I would like to implement embedded Text To Speech on hand held device. I am looking for a MCU (DSP) satisfy my project. It should process algorithms:
Line spectral pairs,
Mel generalized coefficient,
Fourier transform,
Discrete cosin transform,
Weighted spectrogram,
convolution and Pitch.
So,I like you to give me a recommend about yourchips.
