Roberto,
I believe SDFlash only supports Spectrum Digital emulators. XDS100 is a TI low cost emulator.

Hi Dave,
XDS 100 v2 is provided by Spectrum Digital too. See http://emulators.spectrumdigital.com/files/Emulator_Selector.pdf
Have you any idea where I can download SD Flash utily? Not the algorimths (for specific device) but the SD Flash main program!
I didn't find in the Spectrum Digital web site. Is it free of charge or it is provide with HW tools ( for istance with XDS510LC USB JTAG)?

RB
Roberto,
Oh yeah. I forgot about that. Maybe SDFlash does run with it.
SDFlash used to come with CCS. For CCS 3.3 you can find it in C:\CCStudio_v3.3\specdig\sdflash\bin. I think the latest version is 1.64.00. I'm not sure if it ships with CCS 4. I can't seem to find it in my CCS4 directory. You can download version 1.62.03 from Spectrum's website at http://emulators.spectrumdigital.com/utilities/sdflash/c2000/SDFlashv1_62_03.zip . Not sure how to get the latest release, but this version should work with the 28x devices. Maybe you need a later one for XDS 100 though. I'll see if I can track it down.

Roberto,
OK, checked up on this. SDFlash does NOT support XDS100. The executable is included with CCS4 (and 5). For CCS4 it is found at C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\emulation\specdig\sdflash\bin (at least on my machine). It is also freely downloaded with the SD emulation drivers. So, go to SD's website and download the drivers for your particular emulator (not sure if it is included with XDS100 drivers since this isn't supported in SDFlash). I think this answers all your questions.
