What error did you get when you try to program CPU2 (I assumed you meant to say CPU2 and not MCU2)?

I am using V 4.2.1.1562

The error is: Error Setting The GSxMSEL Register For Flash Operation

When you're trying to program flash on CPU2, are you connected to CPU1. It looks like you need to be connected to CPU1 to program on CPU2.

Below threads has tried addressing similar problem. Please look into it.
