TMS320F280025C: Maximum ambient temperature

The max ambient temp will depend on the thermal characteristics of the device combined with the PCB and the air flow/enclosure.  You will need to use the thermal metric data found here in the DS (be sure and use the one for you package) and combine it with the information found in this application report Semiconductorand IC PackageThermalMetrics. 

Using the above methods you can determine the max ambient that will can be supported to ensure the Tj is no more than the 125C listed in the DS.
