TMS320F28388D: Time-Base Counter Synchronization Scheme

The synchronization scheme has completely changed.

For your EPWMxSYNCIN, you can select one signal, from any of the other EPWMs. EPWMSYNCINSEL is the regsiter for it.

For EPWMxSYNCOUT you can select a combination of events, ored together, and you do it by configuring: EPWMSYNCOUTEN.

F2838x and F28002x forward has this.

What about the figure 26-7 'Time-Base Counter Synchronization Scheme' which has been removed in the latest F2838x TRM and we directly have 'Figure 26-8. ePWM External SYNC Output'. Is this intentional? In the earlier revision of TRM, figure 26-7 'Time-Base Counter Synchronization Scheme' showed that EPWMxSYNCOUT is a combination of events that are ORed together.
