After the program is downloaded to 28388D, you need to press the reset button to run it.
The program is directly downloaded to the FLASH that comes with the chip. After the power is turned off, the program fails to run, and the LED set in the program flashes, but there is no response.
At this time, I pressed the reset button and found that the small light started to flicker.

I consulted before, and it may be a problem with the boot pin settings.
However, after trying it, the problem was not resolved.
