F28335 connect to a USB-Parallel interface for communication

Hi,

Our project requires a fast communication between PC and a TI F28335 MCU.

We would like to use a USB-parallel interface, specifically, FT245R

The plan is

PC<-> USB <-> FT245R <-> XINTF of F28335 <-> DMA of F28335

I am wondering if this is the right way to do it. Is this FT245R a correct selection?
