TMS320F28375D: FFT setup - number of samples, sample rate, intervals, and other parameters critical to a robust implementation

My customer is implementing the following FFT setup. I'd like your critique and suggestions to make this FFT implementation as close to perfect as possible. We would also appreciate links to documentation that provide more details about what is being accomplished:

1. The F28375D collects a total of 512 samples and the entire computation has to fit within a 10ms interval. Therefore at every 10ms, the FFT result is updated.

2. Consecutive samples occur at 10us intervals. The understanding is that if the 10us isn't accurate, the estimated frequencies of each calculated amplitude from the FFT function will be wrong.

3. The FFT should never be preempted at the risk of compromising results, as described in #2.
