Hi, I’m looking for some sample code for sensorless FOC motor control with an induction motor using the F28379D or F28069M and a GaN converter as the powerboard

Please download and install CONTROLSUITE, and you might find the related sensorless-FOC example projects for ACIM that are based on F2803x or F2806x. You have to migrate this project to the controller and inverter board by yourself. The software can support all C2000 controllers and doesn't depend on the power FET of an inverter.
