Hello,

We plan on using the TMS320F28378D, do you have data on the junction-to-case top thermal resistance available?

This would be important for us to pick the right thermal pad on top.

    Ambroise,

    The datasheet has a "thermal resistance characteristics" section which details these numbers. Please see Theta-JC and Psi JT. Theta-JC is primarily heat expelled from the top of the case, but inherently does include some heat transferred though the board.
