Hello all,

I am looking for a TI MCU with comparable capabilities to the MC9S12E128. I am looking for an MCU with a 16-bit core, >=25MHz speed, I2C, SCI, SPI communication, >=91GPIO, >=8k RAM, >=128k FLASH, >= 16x10b A/D, >=2x8b D/A

It looks like the TMS320F28075 is a good fit, could you please confirm or recommend a better device?

it looks like this is a 128 KB flash device in primarily 80/64-pin QFP package, so I'm not sure how they would use 91 GPIO.

TMS320F280025 would be a more apples to apples type of device to cross.

Hi Chris,

I should have included the full PN, I apologize: MC9S12E128CPVE. From Digikey this appears to be a 91 GPIO device in a 112-LQFP package.

Would you still recommend the 280025?

we don't offer a 112 pin package.

For 100 pin TMS320F280041 is the closest fit.

Next is 176 pin TMS320F28075 like you have identified
