TMS320F28075: Is it okay to use internal regulator for applications?

Hi champs,

We don't support internal regulator in F2837x devices, then is it okay to use F2807x's internal regulator for applications since F2807x are variants from F2837x devices?

Luke,

The F2807x is a lower current/performance variant of the F2837x devices. As such the use of the VREG on those devices is fully supported as specified in the DS.

When customers use F2807x and F28004x without internal regulator, they should power on VDD and VDDIO simultaneously as specified in the DS, is it correct?

Yes, this is correct, if customer supplies VDD themselves they must follow the DS guidelines on relationship to VDDIO.
