Hi,

In spruii0c_F2838xD document,

Table 20-25. ADCSOCPRICTL Register Field Descriptions

describes "when the ADCCTL1.RESET bit is set, or" like below.

However there is not any bits in 20.14.2.1 ADCCTL1 Register (Offset = 0h) [Reset = 0h]

Could le us know what is the correct specification ?

Hi Hidehiko,

ADCCTL1.RESET does not exist anymore. The ADC module can be reset by writing and clearing the SOFTPRES bit corresponding to the ADC module. I have submitted a ticket to have this corrected in our documentations. The next revision of document SPRUII0 would have the correction.

"SOFTPRES bit " means SOFTPRES13 register. Is it right ?
