In the TRM , there have following description , may i know any workaround to implement PWM SYNC in HR period mode?

Yes for HRPWM, you synchronize once and then let it run. You do not consistently synchronize on an event.

Did you means no workaround , for HRPWM cannot synchronize on every PWM cycle?

No HRPWM should NOT synchronize EVERY cycle. That is not supported. If you sync once and let it run it will work perfectly until another SYNC is needed due to a change in configuration.
