For PWM SYNCOUT, if using up-down count mode , if select EPWMxSYNCO = CMPC, the SYNCOUT will be on Time-base counter equal to the compare C register (CMPC) when the timer is decrementing or Time-base counter equal to the compare C register (CMPC) when the timer is incrementing? or both ?
