CCSTUDIO3: License for CCS3

Hi Team,

The download site of our Code Composer Studio describes how to install licenses for CCS4 and later but it does not show how to install a license for CCS3. I understand from the forum thread below that previously there is a license fee for CCS3. Is it still applicable today? How can our customer have a copy of the license for CCS3?
