When I write a program to EEPROM with CCS (Version: 10.0.0.00010) and debug (insect mark), the following error message appears. This target board stopped working because the power supply voltage was raised to a voltage exceeding the rating, but as a result of replacing the damaged ICs (2), it came to work, but when writing the program I get the following error. I don't think the CPU will be damaged, but what could be the cause?
