I need the weight of the F280025PMQR device. Additional, please could you add this product family to the "material content".

Hi Jens,

Unfortunately, we do not have the mass data available but the request has already been made to our product team to furnish this information in the material content site for all the F28002x device OPNs. If we get the results early, I'll certainly post that information for the F280025PMQR on this thread.

Hi Jens,

An update to this topic: The packaging team started uploading material contents information for F28002x family. They have already completed OPNs for 80PN and 48PT packages. They are working on uploading the 64PM information at the moment, which includes F280025PMQR. Please check on Material content search | Texas Instruments (ti.com) in a few days for the mass (weight) information.
