Looking for a DSP processing kit/board

Hi TI expert

I am looking for a DSP processing kit/board with multiple I/O ports, which can support or has a low sampling rate and 100SPS ADCs (I have 5 analog sensor inputs). The signal processing algorithms would be performed on the digitized signals which will be stored. The board should allow interface/data transfer to PC through Ethernet (using extenders). It should also allow controlling different sensors.

The Card would allow interface with I/O, what about the signal processing bit. How efficient is it as compared to say this www.ti.com/.../TMDSLCDK6748 I am after DSP for real time signal processing.

I haven't got experience in using DSP before and will need more support.

Both these device have different processors and different application focus. C2000 focus is on real time control where as other one is more towards communication and audio processing. Based on your application need you need to select the appropriate device.

Thanks for helping. Just one more thing, the system also includes an acoustic modem for basic communication. Will the F28388D controlCARD still be the suitable one?

an acoustic modem is just a physical layer, this depends on your modem. C2000 has 3.3V I/Os, you will need to determine if that is compatible to your acoustic modem, if not IO level shifters are an option, but are not included in the controlCARD.

Please note that controlCARDs are not intended to be used in any end application and it is the sole responsibility of the designer to verify correct system functioning.
