Dear sir,

we are using TMS320F28027 as controller for DC-DC converter.

Specifications are as follows:

Vin: 20V to 100V

Vout: 14.5V

Iout: 50A.

We are facing following issues while loading and while varying the input voltage.

1. Ringing across the drain to source of secondary side mosfet waveform is abnormal.

2. Bottom side mosfet's on H-Bridge mosfets are frequenctly failing.

please do suggest to avoid above problems.

What is the topology of the DCDC converter? Did you refer to any our reference design?

Hi Chen Jiang,

Thanks for your response.

we are using Phase shift Full bridge converter.

We have followed below link for our reference, but circuit totally change according to our requirement.

Topology is as Follows:

Here, Ringing across the drain to source of secondary side MOSFET's (3A & 3B) waveform is abnormal.
