Hi,

Holding time of AMC3306M05 is min 3.5ns.

But TMS320F28388D support only mode 0 at SDFM and it means data read at rising edge.

Could you let me know 3.5ns from rising edge is enough to read data?

Is there any method to read data at clock low?

You can use GPIO inversion feature (GPxINV register) to change the polarity of clock signal to strobe for data on falling edge.

Set and hold time requirement for F28388D SDFM is 7.5 ns (1 PLLRAWCLK (2.5 ns) + 5ns). I'm not sure whether changing the polarity would take care of 3.5 ns hold time mentioned in AMC3306M05 DS. Let me forward this question to someone in AMC3306M05 team.

It has been confirmed that the GPIO inversion can be used in this case. The approach will provide sufficient setup and hold time for the SDFM.
