TMS320F28335: CCS V10.1.1， how to use profile funciton ?

Hello , everyone :

    My version of CCS is V10.1.1 ，the  chip is TMS320F28335 ， PC system is win 10 。I want to use CCS's profile function to measure the time of function , but it 

report an error  as follows :

I find some relative link about profile in the forum, but the link is invalid ,don't give me too much help。
