Hello!

You can refer to 1777.TI_TMS320f2806x_overview.pdf (page 57 Figure 3-1.). Also I would recommend you 7485.TI_thermal_pad.pdf.

I'm looking for self tests for the tms320f28069, but I didn't see a way to start a new thread. Hopefully the moderators can move this. Are there any available diagnostics to run on power up, memory tests, register tests, etc.
