TMS320F28335 not initializing correctly

Greetings,

I have a problem where sometimes the TMS320F28335  is not correctly initializing after a reset. I have attached waveforms for VDD, VDDIO, CLK IN and XRS, as well as the reset circuit.

Does anybody have any ideas regarding of what I may be doing wrong?

    Etienne,

    Can you elaborate on what the MCU should do post XRSn going high, in terms of a boot loader or action.  If you could scope XRSn for a few seconds post going high to see if it gets pulled back low that would help as well.
