Dear sir,

I am establishing the communication between 2 TMS320F28335 DSP'S through DUAL PORT RAM(IDT70V24S20PFI) using external interface. When I am Read/write on the right side of DPRAM, it is working good. But when I am writing on the left side of DPRAM if I Write interger 40 in DPRAM Location it is writing 0xFF in DPRAM Location, it is 16bit DPRAM and I am I have configured the necessary GPIOS as Address lines and Data lines. I am unable to findout the problem.

Are you using HOLD / HOLDA to tell each 2833x when to release the bus for the other device?

No , I am not using the HOLD/HOLDA Signal,when I wrote in FFF Location in DPRAM, then it will generate interrupt on right side of DPRAM, then only the right side DSP will read/write the data. Even I am not doing any operation on right side of DPRAM, still when I wrote some thing from left side it is writing FF in lower byte location.

Hi Sairam,

I would suggest to look for board issue which could cause such issue.
