CCS/TMS320F28377D: Load program Error: .out: a data verification error occurred file load failed.

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I use CCS6.1 and controlsuit example. At first, I use RAM to debug, and everything is OK, Now, I use FLSAH to debug, I can build the project success, and the '.ccxml' shows that target can connect the DSP. But I can't load .out and debug the project. please help me.Thank you.

Hi,

Can you tell the address for which error is coming. Its not very clear from snapshot.

Also can you check the value at flash locations via CCS memory watch window and tell if values are 0x0 or 0xFFFF_FFFF

The error says:
C28xx_CPU1: File Loader: Verification failed: Values at address 0x0000000080000 do not match Please verify target memory and memory map.
C28xx_CPU1: GEL: File:
C:\Workspace\emif1_16bit_asram_cpu01\CPU1_RAM\emif_16bit_asram_cpu01.out a data verification error occurred, file load failed.

Hi,

Can you open CCS memory window for the addresses (0x80000 and 0x82000) at which verify is failing and see what values are programmed there?

Did you program any passwords in OTP?
