TMS320F28377D: F28377D FLASH API Erase Write data to FLASH need password

Hi Champion,

My customer find they use F28377D CPU1/2 erase download program to flash in their bootloader code need to decode password, then can do it, Their bootloader code is in FLASHA de LSRAM, all is secure RAM. They find in TMX version, it do not need password to do it. They assign D0, D1, LASRAM to zone1. Same code in TMX one is ok, but in TMS chip, bootloader code cannot operate FLASH if not inlock password.

Do you know we have change this function in TMS version one? In TRM, it say secure menory can operate serure menory not unlock.

Issue could be related to flash semaphore being not grabbed. Please check following post on this -

Hi Vivek,

I am also confuse why TMX version one can program without enable SEM bit, but TMS one need? Have you do this experiment ?
