Halcogen version 4.0.3 needed

Hello,

I need to download Halcogen 4.0.3 for RM48L952ZWT.  Where can I find this particular image as it is not available at www.ti.com/.../halcogen.

We can not go to version 4.0.4 as this would require several weeks of re-testing and verification.  4.0.4 is not an option.  Where can 4.0.3 be found?
