Below are my clarifications,

#Can we use MEMS Oscillator instead of Crystal Oscillator?

#If I use MEMS oscillator, will it affect the JTAG TCK pin configuration during the debug session?

#What are the precautions needs to be taken care during the MEMS oscillator circuit design?

Hello,

Yes, you can use external oscillator (MEMS). You must connect it to OSCIN while leaving OSCOUT open and the signal must toggling 0V to 3.3V. The maximum frequency is 20MHZ. Kelvin_GND has to be connected to other GND pins.

Hello,

Thank you for the quick feedback.

As per the attached datasheet screenshot, It is mentioned as

"Kelvin_GND should not be connected to any other GND."

Could you please reconfirm, which one needs to be followed?

Hello,

When you are using external oscillator Kelvin GND should beconnected to board ground as with any other GND on the device.
