I download zip file from the flowing link and install it on PC. But it shows error when i try to open it with shortcut.

Please confirm.

    Hi Susan,

      I just downloaded the SPNC031B.ZIP. When I click on the desktop icon I see the same.

     However, I'm not really sure what the shortcut icon is for. Is the shortcut only meant to take you to the installation directory?  I see the api modules installed properly as follows. Do you have any issues other than the desktop shortcut icon?
