TIDM-TMS570BMS: Unable to open COM port

The TMS570LS0432 has only on SCI module. The SCI is used to interface with EM1402 EVM. The virtual COM port uses N2HET emulated SCI. Did you modify the launchpad based on the description of Figure 7?

The customer has modified TMS570LS04/03x as shown in Figure 7, but it still shows that the com port cannot be opened.

If your customer uses the same code from TI-Design, the SCI virtual COM port should work with the modified the launchpad.
