Hello,
I'm usiing TMS570LC4357 Hercules Development Board. as mention below there should be a voltage difference between the TP. But i'm getting always 0V. what can be the issue? Can I get the schematic of Board?

Hello Usman Bhinder,
All TPs are with respect to ground! For example TP14 to GND should be 1.2V; TP15 to GND should be 1.2V; TP16 to GND should be 3.3V....
TP14 to TP15 is voltage on resistor R140. This voltage is proportional to the current that core is consuming.
You can download schematic from here: www.ti.com/.../tmdx570lc43hdk

Hello Miro,
Thank you for your reply. no its still 0V. i think one of the IC is burn out and that's why i'm not getting the 3.3 and 1.2 volts. DS2 and DS4 (used for 1.2 V and 3.3 V indication) LED's are off and only DS3 and DS5 (used for 5 V and 12 V indication) are on, which indicates the malfunction of voltage converter. i think i need a new board.
Or there is a another solution?
