MSP430AFE253: MAX junction temp.

Dear team,

What is max operation junction temperature of MSP430AFE253?

We can see Operating free-air temperature, Ta max at datasheet, but there is no data operation junction temperature, Tj max value.

Please let me know your opinion regarding Tj max of MSP430AFE253.

Hi Nam,

As for some early 430 device, there doesn't have the max Tj value. However, for the low power device, the junction temperature is nearly the same as operating free-air temperature. [Tj will be littler higher than Ta].

So for the recommended operating conditions, you can taks 85C as the max Tj.
