EVM430-FR6043: No Image to load on the board at the intended path. Set up UTR-18225K-TT

Tool/software:

I am using EVM430-FR6043 to set up PUI audio UTR-18225-TT.

Following the quick start guide, the path for image file to load on the chip gives the error below. The path given in quick start guide does not work as well, but i think that is expected, since that is from the date when guide was published? Tried to manually navigate to the image file, but unable to locate one successfully.

To provide context, initial goal is to set up PUI audio UTR-18225-TT transducer. I am attempting to tune the sensor with no flow to start with but only getting noise in ADC capture. Is this due to image on the board?

Referring TI resources including quick start guide, ultrasonic design center, Ultrasonic sensing of gas flow - white paper, design guide: TIDM-02003.

This is a license.txt file, not FR6043's firmware.

Please use CCS to compile your MSP430 project, you will get a firmware in project, use that one.

Also, CCS can directly download the image/firmware.

Will do thank you. I agree with your comment about the license file. I tried it, to make sure there are not stones unturned before reaching out.

Additionally this is what I am getting for the ADC capture (Trans-axial tube design, no-air), looks very noisy, any recommendations for improving the output and actually capturing the peaks.

I would suggest to tunning the parameter following this guide first. It would help you to get a proper ADC capture signal.

Hi Cash,

Thank you for you message and suggestion. Before we get to parameter tuning. I want to check currently I have not flashed the chip with an image since there is non available in the recommended TI folder. Can you please provide access to the image file.

I am trying to work with UTR-18225KK-TT, spec sheet is attached below.

Can the board support driving voltage requirement for the transducer?

Hello too add the information above, I tried following the process but with the parameters below this is the output in am getting with ADC capture as compared with oscilloscope plots.
