could any one recommand me about ccstudio or iar? and which one is more convenience?

Reportedly, IAR is producing slightly smaller code. However, both have different policies/limitations for their free versions. One allows larger (C) code size, while the other doesn’t count assembly code to the size limit.
With the new EnergyTrace++ embedded into CCS, I guess that CCS will have an advantage again.

It should be noted that you’ll get official support for CCS here, but not for IAR. :)
