Is it possible to write the variables into FRAM correctly, when the MSP430FR6989 supply drop to 1.9V. I can't find out this voltage lowest limit in the datasheet.

According to Footnote 4 below Section 5.3 Recommended Operation Conditions in the datasheet, the "minimum supply voltage is defined by the supervisor SVS levels". Table 5-2 (below) shows the exact values.
Depending on the Vsvsh- power-down level configuration, this defines the minimum supply voltage that causes the board to reset, as illustrated in Figure 2-2 in the User's Guide.
As you can see, the maximum value is 1.85V, so if your power supply is stable at 1.9V, then it should be possible to write to FRAM correctly.
