I using MSP FETFlash emulation Tool to program MSP430F2013. I used 3.3V external voltage to program and everything work well. But today I do the same thing I used to do but 3.3V pull down to 0V when I connect to MSP tool. It lock like there is short circuit inside MSP tool to GND. Normally 3.3V have to be there. So I change to 3.3V internal and it works. So that's why I guess MSP have trouble inside with PIN 4(VCC_TARGET) which pull down external voltage to 0.] I just check resistance between Pin 4 (external voltage) and Pin 9 (GND) and it show 5 Ohm. Does that mean it is short circuit now?
