Thanks Ryan. I found use uniflash fireware Hex file to MSP430FR59941 is ok. but same file use CCS is not successed. CCS tellde me:unknow device .My CCS version is 6.2.0. I don't know why???

This is not an issue with the file but rather the computer's ability to communicate with the MSP430FR59941 device using the MSP-EXP430FR5994 eZ-FET. Upgrade to the latest CCS and see if that resolves the issue, otherwise check your connections.
